The goal is to understand the information that is relevant for the business model and compare it with the information that the user perceives as necessary.
From required specifications, to user personas or to a brand model, the results of the research phase are developed into the first set of functional tools.
The objective of the design phase is to generate interaction design patterns that generates the adequate experience to meet business objectives and user needs.
It is at this stage where I compile all the information gathered so far and wrap this up into several beautiful and concise visual concepts. This process works in rounds of revisions which culminate in an outcome that answers your brief.
